Eligibility: Users accessing the Services must be at least 13 years old. Users registering for the Services and uploading User Generated Content must be at least 18 years old.
Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing the Services complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

5. User Conduct
The Services must be used only for lawful purposes related to streaming and related materials.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorised access, data scraping, introducing malicious software, and misuse of community forums.
In community forums, users must create a welcoming environment, treat others with respect, communicate about topics related to Mantrafy and refrain from harassment or promotion of unrelated content.
6. User Information
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and agree to keep it updated.
The Company reserves the right to determine whether user content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
Privacy rights are outlined in the Mantrafy Privacy Policy.
7. Username/Password/Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must notify Mantrafy of any unauthorised access. Failure to log out after use may result in unauthorised access to content.
8. Use of Services
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Services.
Fees for paid components must be paid promptly, and users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
9. Access to Services – Subscriptions & Purchases
Services may include pay-per-view, subscriptions, rental, or purchase options. Users are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to view purchased or subscribed content.
Streaming quality may vary due to factors outside the Company’s control, such as internet speed and device compatibility.
10. Payments & Billing
Payment plans and subscription terms are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled per the terms of the plan.
Users can update payment methods through their account settings.
11. User Comments and Suggestions
All user feedback becomes the property of the Company. Mantrafy has the right to use this feedback for any purpose without obligation to compensate the user.

The transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks, and Mantrafy does not guarantee the security of transmissions.
17. Limitation of Liabilities
Mantrafy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
The Company’s total liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Services.
18. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Mantrafy harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
